Customer Service


The ROC Software Customer Service team is dedicated to ensuring our customers' success as they implement and expand their use of the ROC Enterprise Suite. Our top priority is to ensure our customers have the benefit of full access to technical support and product updates by keeping your maintenance current. We accomplish this by notifying you prior to your maintenance expiration.

Questions or concerns regarding software validation codes are managed by Customer Service. Through customer service, you can register for product training classes, where you will learn to use our products to the fullest. ROC Software prides itself on giving its customers the best service possible. We carefully consider all customer needs and concerns. Training

ROC Software offers a variety of training classes for both new and experienced users of ROC solutions.
