In a continuing effort to provide customers with unsurpassed technical support, we are proud to offer Support Plus. This service contributes to our goal of providing expert, comprehensive, and timely technical support. ROC Software Support Plus is an instrument to deliver further technical services about ROC solutions. Six main areas comprise SupportPlus:

  • Searchable Knowledgebase – Contains technical support resolution records. Access this area to search through our extensive records and find solutions to numerous issues.
  • TechNotes – These "how to guides" are written by our tech support staff and reflect current issues that customers may face during product enhancement, configuration, installation procedures or system updates.
  • Documentation – Contains all of our current user guides, release notes and addendums. Access this area to view or download the latest ROC Software documents.
  • Downloads – Download the latest versions of ROC Software products. Upgrade software at your convenience. Also contains ROC Software utilities.
  • Demo Codes – Access this area to create Demo Codes for use with ROC Rhapsody and ROC EasySpooler
  • Disaster Recovery – Access this area to create Disaster Codes for use during a disaster recovery.
