This new service contributes to our goal of providing expert, comprehensive, and timely technical support. ROC Software SupportPlus is an instrument to deliver further technical services about ROC solutions via the World Wide Web. Four main areas comprise SupportPlus:
  • Searchable Knowledgebase — Contains technical support resolution records. Access this area to search through our extensive records and find solutions to numerous issues.
     
  • TechNotes — These "how to guides" are written by our tech support staff and reflect current issues that customers may face during product enhancement, configuration, installation procedures or system updates.
     
  • Documentation — Contains all of our current user guides, release notes and addendums. Access this area to view or download the latest ROC Software documents.
     
  • Downloads — Contains ROC Software utilities. Access this area to download the latest tools.
     
  • Disaster Recovery — Access this area to create Disaster Codes for use during a disaster recovery.
